Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Native Lessons IT website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
We provide custom technology solutions, digital services, and a Freelancer Partnership Program designed to coordinate projects and payments between Bangladeshi professionals and USA clients.
3. Freelancer Payment Coordination & Financial Compliance
- Role: Native Lessons IT acts strictly as a coordinating vendor and trust bridge. We are not a bank, remittance service, or financial institution.
- Compliance: All international inward remittances are processed through legal banking channels in strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations on foreign exchange and freelancer earnings.
- Liability Limitation: While we facilitate the corporate agreement, we are not liable for client defaults, project cancellations, or unpaid invoices by the US client. Disbursements to Bangladeshi freelancers depend entirely on the successful receipt and clearance of funds from the international client.
4. Intellectual Property
All original website content, branding, and proprietary service methodologies belong to Native Lessons IT and Codezeon. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Native Lessons IT shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or payment coordination programs.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
